Over 15 years of industry experience! The majority of my experience comes from purchasing real estate as an investment. I find buying a home, cottage, rental property, or commercial property one of the best things you can do to build wealth.  Study after study shows that homeowners are financially better off than renters.

Why work with me? I have the inside knowledge as to which lenders have the best customer service, easy to use online banking applications, and of course, rates and terms! Not many bank personnel or even mortgage brokers can tell you they personally have mortgages with many of the top lenders!

Beyond my real estate investing, as a licensed Mortgage Broker my true passion is helping and educating people.  I have built, and continue to grow, my business from referrals from satisfied clients.  I also have several Realtors with whom I work, so please ask for a recommendation!

I reside in Burnaby and have lived the majority of my life on Vancouver Island.  I also have had the pleasure of living in Saskatoon, SK, and Toronto, ON.  Living in 5 different cities within 3 provinces provides me with a diverse background and knowledge of the real estate market.

As a member of the Mortgage Brokers Association of BC (MBABC) and the Burnaby Board of Trade, I remain current regarding new financing topics and products as well as being involved in the business community, all of which help me to better serve you.
